These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Do app and services provided by Hewo Products Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be 18 years of age or older and capable of forming a binding contract.
- You are responsible for your account, credentials, and all activity under your account.
- We may require identity verification (KYC) for payouts and silver redemption as required by law or partners.
What Do Does
Do helps you create personal and shared contracts: a goal, clear terms, a deadline, and an optional pledge amount. The Service also includes an internal wallet ledger, deposits, eligible withdrawals to BANK/UPI, contract fees, silver credit, and optional friend or partner-review flows.
Contracts, Pledges & Outcomes
- Before you confirm a contract, Do shows the pledge amount, deadline, fees, and expected outcome treatment in-app.
- If a contract is fulfilled, the eligible pledge amount is returned to your wallet after the applicable service fee.
- If a contract is not fulfilled, a higher fee may apply and the remaining eligible amount may become silver credit, as shown before confirmation.
- If a contract includes a terms checklist, your confirmation of followed or missed terms may affect whether fulfilment is allowed and which fee applies.
- Edits, cancellations, late fulfilment, series contracts, shared contracts, and partner-review flows may have separate rules or fees. These are shown in-app before you confirm the action.
Wallet (Not a Bank Account)
- The wallet is an internal ledger for your balance within the Service; it is not a bank account and does not bear interest.
- Deposits increase your ledger balance when successful. Eligible wallet balance can be used for contracts or withdrawn subject to these Terms.
- Pending, pledged, locked, disputed, or silver-credit amounts are not eligible wallet balance unless the app marks them as withdrawable.
Deposits
- Deposits are processed via Razorpay under their terms. We do not store full card details.
- Successful deposits are credited to your wallet ledger. Failed or pending deposits may take time to reconcile with the payment provider.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawals are available from your eligible wallet balance only; pending or locked amounts cannot be withdrawn.
- Minimum withdrawal is ₹100 and typical processing is within 48 hours (business days), subject to bank/provider networks.
- We may require identity verification (KYC) before processing a withdrawal. You are responsible for accurate payout details.
- Payouts are processed via RazorpayX to your saved BANK/UPI payout account. Fees are currently free, but may change with notice in-app.
Refund Policy
Once you confirm a pledge amount on a contract, that commitment is final. Pledge amounts are settled only through the contract outcome, cancellation, edit, or other in-app flows described in these Terms. We do not issue separate refunds for confirmed contract pledges outside those flows.
Fees & Silver Credit
- Service fees may be assessed for fulfilment, late fulfilment, not-fulfilled outcomes, edits, cancellations, or other flows. Fees are disclosed in-app and recorded in your ledger.
- Fee percentages and silver-credit treatment may change over time. The applicable split is the one shown in-app before you confirm the relevant action.
- Silver credit: Silver credit is backed by physical silver. Custody details may change as partner integration launches. The value can move up or down with the silver rate shown in the app.
- Silver credit is locked for 180 days from the date it is allocated. During the lock period, redemption or transfer is not available.
- Redemption is not live yet. After the lock period and once supported redemption flows are available, you may request redemption in-app. Settlement will be subject to pricing, KYC, operational checks, partner processes, and applicable law.
- Risk: Silver prices fluctuate. Do is not a brokerage, exchange, or investment adviser, and we do not provide investment, legal, or tax advice.
Shared Contracts & Partner Review
- Shared, invited, and partner-review contracts show other invited users the contract, profile, invite, status, reward, and outcome details needed for that flow.
- Accountability Pay: If you choose a paid partner review, a fixed amount disclosed before invite send may be deducted from your pledge settlement and credited to the accepted reviewer as locked silver credit only if you fulfil the contract or eligible series day. The reviewer does not add a pledge amount, does not need wallet balance to accept, and does not receive cash. If you miss, cancel, the invite expires, or the reviewer has not accepted in time, the reviewer earns ₹0.
Payout Accounts
You may add BANK or UPI payout destinations. We store only necessary details (bank name, account last4, IFSC; or UPI VPA/display name) and provider IDs. We do not store full bank account numbers.
Prohibited Conduct
- No unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or abusive activity.
- No attempts to bypass security, rate limits, or payment systems.
- No misrepresentation or multi-account abuse.
Intellectual Property
We own the Service and related content. You own your content and grant us a limited license to operate the Service and display your content as needed.
Beta Features
Some features may be labeled beta or experimental and are provided "as-is".
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, and cap direct damages to the greater of amounts paid in the last 3 months or ₹5,000.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or risks to users or the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Eligible withdrawals and supported future redemptions are processed subject to these Terms and legal constraints.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify you in-app or via email and update the Effective date.
Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
