These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Do app and services provided by Hewo Products Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be 18 years of age or older and capable of forming a binding contract.
- You are responsible for your account, credentials, and all activity under your account.
- We may require identity verification (KYC) for payouts and digital silver redemption as required by law or partners.
The Service
The Service enables task management with optional commitments, an internal wallet ledger, payouts to your BANK/UPI, and allocation of a portion of commitments to digital silver purchased via licensed partners on your behalf.
Wallet (Not a Bank Account)
- The wallet is an internal ledger for your balance within the Service; it is not a bank account and does not bear interest.
- Deposits increase your ledger balance when successful; you can withdraw eligible balances subject to these Terms.
Deposits & Payouts
- Deposits are processed via Razorpay under their terms. We do not store full card details. Successful deposits are credited to your wallet ledger.
- Payouts are processed via RazorpayX to your saved payout account (BANK/UPI). Minimum withdrawal: ₹100. Timeline: processed within 48 hours (business days), subject to provider/bank networks. Fees: currently free; fees may change with notice in-app.
- You are responsible for accurate payout details. Failed payouts due to incorrect details may be delayed or reversed.
Refund Policy
Once you confirm a commitment on a task, it is final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for task commitments after they are committed.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawals are available from your eligible wallet balance only; pending or locked amounts cannot be withdrawn.
- Minimum withdrawal is ₹100 and typical processing is within 48 hours (business days), subject to bank/provider networks.
- We may require identity verification (KYC) before processing a withdrawal. You are responsible for accurate payout details.
Stakes, Outcomes, Fees & Digital Silver
- When you place a commitment on a task, upon completion or failure the applicable split (returns, service fees, digital silver allocation) is displayed in-app before you confirm. Percentages may be updated over time.
- Service Fees may be assessed and are disclosed in-app and recorded in your ledger.
- Digital Silver: A portion of your commitment may be used to purchase digital silver via licensed partners for your benefit. The digital silver is subject to a 6-month lock-in from the date of purchase; during the lock-in period redemption/transfer is not available. After lock-in, you may request to sell your digital silver in-app; settlement is subject to partner processes, pricing, and any KYC requirements.
- Custody & Title: Digital silver may be custodially held by us and/or licensed partners on your behalf. Partner terms may apply and will be disclosed in-app.
- Risk: Silver prices fluctuate. We do not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. The Service is not a brokerage, exchange, or investment advisory.
Payout Accounts
You may add BANK or UPI payout destinations. We store only necessary details (bank name, account last4, IFSC; or UPI VPA/display name) and provider IDs. We do not store full bank account numbers.
Prohibited Conduct
- No unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or abusive activity.
- No attempts to bypass security, rate limits, or payment systems.
- No misrepresentation or multi-account abuse.
Intellectual Property
We own the Service and related content. You own your content and grant us a limited license to operate the Service and display your content as needed.
Beta Features
Some features may be labeled beta or experimental and are provided "as-is".
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, and cap direct damages to the greater of amounts paid in the last 3 months or ₹5,000.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or risks to users or the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Eligible withdrawals and redemptions are processed subject to these Terms and legal constraints.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify you in-app or via email and update the Effective date.
Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
